Jesus H Christ I wrote a simple comment telling Steve Lehto how much I enjoy his articles, and it got starred by 58 people and climbing. Just stunned that would be the comment that draws that kind of attention. Good to see something positive liked so much on the FP

Haha, the same thing happened to me awhile back. Not 58 people but a whole bunch. It's always funny what comment winds up getting a ton of stars/likes.

The one time I ever got over 200 recommendations was on a Gawker comment that consisted of two sentences. As Polonius ironically observed, "Brevity is the soul of wit," and the same can be said of comments.

Jolie used to do these stupid articles about how expensive it was to make a recipe. When I pointed out how her article was stupid because you don't use the entirety of something in a recipe, she banned me from Deadspin. Ironically, I am a followed commenter on Foodspin. Fuck Jolie Kerr.
